PowerCoach features three types of result tables for the quantities of such **maximum average speed** within time series. Each of those tables, called **PERFORMANCE MX** tables, offers a set of 128 result values:

Typically, the high resolution table of [0:01] is used to explore short time performances, like standing starts or sprints. The medium resolution table of [0:16] is used to assess performances of longer durations, up to approximately half an hour. The low resolution table of [4:16] reflects performances lasting up to several hours.
